    Opportunity:
    Shepherd Engineering Search is seeking experienced Project Managers to join Ballard Marine Construction.     Responsibilities:


    As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the client book of business with planning, technical solutions, safety, and operational excellence.

    You will be the lead on key projects within your region.

    Project Managers will wear a lot of hats, will need to have their boots on the ground, and be able to handle office project management duties.


    The responsibilities of this role include evaluating specifications to plan procedures, collaborating with management and personnel to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods, and negotiating terms of agreements.


    Qualifications and Experience:
    Professionals with experience in civil work, concrete, bridges, dams, mechanical, and/or industrial experience.
    Marine experience in civil/construction and field experience in executing operations.

    Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering management, civil or mechanical engineering, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in heavy civil, mechanical, marine, or underwater construction industries.

    Experience with Design-Build, EPC, ECI, CMAR, and other alternate procurement
    OSHA 30 certification is preferred, and marine construction experience is a must.
    Bluebeam experience is a huge plus. Please note, some jobs may require travel to remote locations.
