    The Sales Executive role is 100% remote and will cover the Nashville market. This role will focus on recruiting all things marketing, communications, creative and digital.

    SUMMARY:


    The Sales Executive is responsible for executing the full cycle recruiting of top-tier, mid- to senior-level positions in Communications, Marketing, and Creative positions and includes freelancers, contractors, and direct hire opportunities.

    Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and/or role-specific recruiting strategies. Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate/client leads, referrals, and various forms of marketing. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and various forms of marketingPartners with clients to analyze hiring needs, determine the best recruiting methods, and create and deploy client and role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client-marketing initiativesStays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practicesBuilds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients, and rolesAdministers job postings in various systemsScreens resumes and conduct behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluationsProvides guidance and negotiates fee agreements with clients; completes appropriate correspondence for each placementNurtures continued account development for generating new businessTours clients offices and seeks to gain a full understanding of client's goals and objectivesGenerates Direct Hire fees per budgeted goalsEnters and tracks assignment and candidate data in various tracking and order systemsCreates and executes temporary employee programsBuilds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidatesEstablishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional and trade associations and other professional networking organizationsDevelops relationships with key clients and business leadersResponds to and addresses a variety of candidate, temporary employee, and client inquiriesCompletes candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirementsCoaches, trains, and mentors other team membersEnsures compliance and safety requirements are metParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assignedMINIMUM EDUCATION &


    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelors degree in business or a related fieldA minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles or relevant industry experience is requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &
