    The Role

    As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients and team operate efficiently. Your responsibilities will include device setup, account provisioning, basic troubleshooting, and support during client onboarding. Additionally, you'll document solutions and contribute to refining our internal IT processes as we continue to grow.

    Responsibilities

    • Set up devices, phones, and email/accounts for clients.
    • Troubleshoot basic issues (setup, connectivity, logins) and assist clients in resolving them.
    • Ensure smooth coordination across teams during client onboarding and offboarding.
    • Maintain organized records of recurring issues and solutions to develop comprehensive playbooks.
    • Propose and implement enhancements to improve tech operations efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk, or troubleshooting roles.
    • Strong organizational skills and adept problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communicator who can calmly guide clients through tech processes.
    • Willingness to travel locally as needed.
    • Flexible and proactive in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience supporting small operational teams in startups or entrepreneurial environments.
    • Background in both client-facing and internal support roles.
