IT Professional (Plex ERP Focus) Position
We are seeking a versatile IT Professional who will play a pivotal role in our transition to Plex ERP.

This individual will have a strong foundation in manufacturing processes and general IT support within a dynamic company environment.

The primary focus of this role will be to support our shop floor operations while also becoming proficient in Plex ERP implementation and utilization.

Key
1. Shop Floor
Provide technical support for shop floor activities, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations and address any IT-related concerns promptly.
Maintain and optimize shop floor systems and equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.2.

IT Offer general IT support services to employees across various departments, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels to ensure data security and compliance.
Conduct regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, system backups, and antivirus management.3.

Plex ERP Act as a key liaison between the IT department and manufacturing teams during the Plex ERP implementation process.

Assist in configuring and customizing Plex ERP modules to align with our manufacturing processes and business requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on Plex ERP functionality, ensuring smooth adoption and integration into daily operations.4. Manufacturing Utilize expertise in manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.*Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Plex ERP, is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
