Position Summary Information

Objective

This position would assist in the simulation with the activities of setting-up and taking down the various lab activities as well as organizing lab spaces and inventory

Essential Duties

• Organize, maintain, inventory, and order lab supplies and equipment for classes to be taught in the Skills Laboratory and Simulated Clinical Sessions
• Prepare and clean up lab areas and classrooms for lab experiences
• Prepare beds in simulation lab classes, including laundry and stripping beds
• Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the department
• Aid with practice sessions for students by organizing supplies and equipment
• Assist simulation team with maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment and simulators as assigned.
• Perform selected other duties as assigned by the Director of Simulation and Clinical Labs.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• High School Diploma
• Application in accordance with Work-Study Program at Blinn College
• Expereince with Office 365

Preferred Experience and Training

• Detailed oriented and highly organize
• Ability to work with and deal effectively with faculty, staff and students.

Required Degree, License or Certifications

High School Diploma

Physical Requirements

1. some lifting and equipment moving throughout the labs,

• Climbing Step-ladder to stock cabinets as necessary
