- Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to implement therapy plans and interventions
- Provide direct support to students with speech and language disorders in individual or small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate student progress and success
- Assist in conducting assessments and documenting student progress
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as required
- Completion of a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant program or related degree
- State licensure or certification as required by Vermont regulations
- Experience working with young children in a school or clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing high-quality services to students with diverse needs

We are currently seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. These positions, both full-time and part-time, involve supporting the communication needs of children ages 3 to 5 at a school in Bennington, Vermont. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication skills to succeed in school and beyond.
