Full-Time Day Shift / Evening Shift: The schedule is from Monday to Friday, and weekends may be required as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Administers, conducts, and evaluates the implementation of behavioral assessment, functional assessment, and skills assessment.
- Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school domains.
- Additionally, designs behavior support plans in accordance with functional analyses and functional behavioral assessments.
- Ensures appropriate behavioral data observation and measurement systems necessary for effective maladaptive behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
- Is responsible for ongoing behavioral treatment plan oversight.
- Completes all necessary documentation, including; treatment plans, functional behavioral assessments, functional analysis, graph-based visual analysis, and progress notes in accordance with insurance protocols.
- Obtain authorizations for services as necessary.
- Utilizes single subject research design to depict function and provide visual analysis of behaviors.
- Parent education on effective intervention as well as appropriate transfer of skills to caregivers, teachers, school administration officials, instructional aides, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists.
- Completes initial evaluation for behavioral analytic service.
- Supervises BHT-ABA appropriately according to IBHS regulations Education.
- Graduate / Master's Degree (required).
- Preferred: College coursework in behavior analysis, psychology, education, early childhood, or related fields.
- License as a psychologist, counselor, behavioral specialist, or clinical social worker. (You will be prompted to upload this license as part of submitting your application.)
- Ability to work in an exciting, fast-paced, high-energy environment, while effectively multi-tasking.
- Personable, and able to work comfortably with individuals at all levels within the organization.
