    **Job Summary:**

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Repairer Lead to oversee the maintenance and repairs of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in home repair and maintenance, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work independently.

    • Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.


    • Assist in budget planning and management for maintenance-related expenses.


    The successful candidate will have
    a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years' experience in residential home repair, knowledge of basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, as well as excellent public relations/customer service skills.
