Human Resources Business Partner

to join their team


Responsibilities:
Partners with the Human Resources Director to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategies.

Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrong doing, and terminations.

Acts in a consultative role to help managers navigate complex employee issues and other aspects of human resources.
Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs. Deploy various learning methods throughout assigned region such as coaching, job-shadowing, training seminars, online training, etc.


Qualifications:
3+ years of proven experience as a HR Generalist, in L&D or other relevant HR position.
Bachelors Degree is required.
Recognized certification in HR or L&D, such as CPLP, PHR, or SHRM-CP is preferred.
Must be local to Lisle, IL or sit on the W or E Coast.
