    We are seeking a Commercial Property Administrator located in the DTC area. If you have a passion for property management and excel in administrative roles, we would like to hear from you.

    Required Qualifications

    • Administrative experience in the Real Estate and/or Property Management industry, preferably commercial.
    • Professional demeanor and self-motivated.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro) - required.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Yardi and Illustrator (preferred).
    • Experience using Dropbox for file sharing.
    • Motivated and proactive; this role is not the first point of contact.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills; detail-oriented; ability to multi-task.
    • Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision-makers professionally.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with various individuals inside and outside the company.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Willingness to learn; our client is willing to train.

    Key Duties

    • Assist with the administration of commercial real estate properties across the front range.
    • Assist with managing industrial, office, and mixed-use properties.
    • Handle file management, correspondence, and tenant/vendor communications.
    • Interact daily with tenants and address their concerns.
    • Assemble budget and CAM REC packages, complete COI's.
    • Coordinate tenant maintenance issues and requests.
    • Maintain current insurance certificates for tenants and vendors.
    • Assist with coding invoices and facilitate tenant billbacks weekly/monthly.
    • Support the Sr. Property Managers and Executive team with special projects.
    • Manage service contracts and vendor relationships.
    • Complete property maintenance requests and provide innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
