    A well-established healthcare organization in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its thriving primary care team.

    This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative and supportive environment with a consistent weekday schedule promoting work-life balance.


    Position Highlights:
    Schedule: Monday -
    Friday Clinical Time: 35 patient contact hours per week Setting: 100% outpatient internal medicine practice

    Patient Population:
    Adult patients, including complex and chronic disease management Team-

    Based Model:
    Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Conducting preventive exams and managing acute and chronic conditions
    • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with patients and families
    • Participating in clinic meetings, quality initiatives, and continuing education activities

    Candidate Qualifications:
    Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Active or eligible Wisconsin Medical License Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care Strong interpersonal and communication skills
