- Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Prepares tax and title documents.
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
- Stock in and post new vehicle factory invoices.
- Post all wholesale vehicle sales, get titles ready for Auction submit via postal service.
- Receipt all money that comes in for the sale of the Auction
- Look up stock numbers for all incoming Titles
- Perform other duties as needed
- Title Clerk experience is required
- Certified Notary Public for the state of North Carolina (Required)
- Automotive Dealership experience is preferred
- Must be available to work 8a-5p
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
