    Software Engineer, Staff

    Manager Notes:

    This role can be sourced for both Locations Plainfield, IN and Four Oaks, NC. Possibility for this role to become perm.

    Top 5 Required Skills (These are not preferred skills. If the candidate does not have these required skills, they will be rejected completely)


    • Experience in software validation documentation (creation and changes) and/or equipment validation
    • Some quality system experience (i.e. ISO13485 , ISO9000 , GMP)
    • Project management – Good verbal and written communication since candidate will be working with teams
    • Document management experience
    • Continuous improvement methodology – not required but preferred
    Technologies:

    Excel, Word – very proficient
    Nice to have - Mintab
    Nice to have - SAP

    Required Education:

    (Candidates without this level will be rejected completely):

    Preferred 4 year degree or equivalent experience
    Physical Requirements (Lifting, outdoor work, travel):

    May require to walk through a warehouse and observe processes.

    Software Engineering is responsible for developing, enhancing, and sustaining software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices.

    Demonstrates advanced knowledge of software engineering practices and techniques, technology trends, and working knowledge of domain expertise. Defines, analyzes and interprets needs and requirements for a single component. Translates the results of analysis into design by Designing solutions to address multiple requirements. Implements complex software solutions. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own job family. Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations. Works independently with minimal guidance. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
