- Provide nursing care and support to students with complex medical needs.
- Perform g-tube feedings, female catheterizations, and diabetes management as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Monitor and assess students' health status and respond to medical emergencies as necessary.
- Provide trach care if applicable, experience in trach care is a plus.
- Assist students with toileting and personal hygiene as needed.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and support for students.
- Current LPN or LVN licensure in the state of California.
- Proficiency in g-tube feedings, female catheterizations, and diabetes management.
- Experience with trach care is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly to medical emergencies.
