    Join our Team as a Parts Counter Sales Associate!

    We are looking for a dedicated Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team. As a Parts Counter Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right golf car parts and accessories they need. Your role will involve interacting with customers, processing orders, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Interact with customers to provide support and information on products or services
    • Enter orders for products or services
    • Address customer questions and complaints professionally
    • Resolve customer problems and concerns efficiently
    • Maintain customer accounts and records
    • Process orders and payments accurately
    • Keep the parts department organized and clean
    • Provide parts to service technicians as required
    • Utilize parts catalog to assist customers in finding the right parts

    Required Skills:

    • Knowledge of Golf Cars
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent sales and organizational abilities
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
    • Proficiency in computer skills

    Education and Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in the driving industry
    • 3+ years of sales experience
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum age of 25 for insurance purposes
    • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

    Physical Requirements:

    • Sitting at a desk and using a computer for extended periods
    • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
