Job DescriptionPosition Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse- Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
Medical Assistant- This person assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting this includes both clinical and front desk duties.

Location and Hours of Position
PHN 200 Prushnok Dr. Punxsutawney, PA NOTE: This position is for 40hrs a week with flexible time. PHN Punxsutawney Health Center general office hours:
Some traveling to our Jacksonville office will be required. more details can be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation
LPN starts at $20 per hour, MA starts at $17 per hour. PHN will recognize experience, education, and site location when determining wage.
Education/Experience Requirements
· Graduate of an approved school Medical Assistant and/or two years' experience in a clinical setting
OR
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
