Job summary
The Specialty Pharmacy Team Leader serving in a clinical capacity shall be responsible for maintaining a clinical practice and the supervisory oversight of pharmacy staff processes and clinical programs to assure successful execution of all activities related to the pharmacy department.This position requires a S. or Pharm.D Degree required, with Completion of an ASHP Accredited PGY1 Residency and a minimum of 1 year hospital experience (2 or more years preferred)
A key role of this position includes staff communications human resource management planning supervision mentoring coordination of clinical workflow to enhance productivity The candidate must have developed an area of personal clinical practice contributing regularly to patient care exhibiting commitment maintain level practice beyond that required staff practitioners.
