    APN Healthcare Solutions is urgently hiring multiple Home Health Aide/CNA for our client in Flourtown, PA for a 12/13 week contract with a high possibility of extension.

    Position Title: Home Health Aide/CNA

    Pay Rate: $16/Hourly

    Work Location: Flourtown, PA

    Shift: Morning, Evening and Night

    Hours/day: 8 Hours

    Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

    Licenses Requirement: Not required

    Certification Requirement: BLS/CPR

    Job Description:
    • Provide basic healthcare services to patients in their homes under the supervision of medical professionals.
    • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
    • Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
    • Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.
    • Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
    • Help patients with mobility, transferring, and exercises as prescribed by therapists.
    • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients to prevent infections and accidents.
    • Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care.
    • Provide feedback to the healthcare team about patients' progress and any issues that arise during care.
