We are looking for a Project Design Engineer to join Irwin and contribute to the design, development, and execution of seating projects,
while playing an integral role in problem-solving, project coordination, and team support. This role requires independent decision-making,
leadership in small projects, and training of junior engineers. You will proactively address technical challenges,
ensure project requirements are met,
drive process improvements to support engineering excellence and customer satisfaction.+Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Preferred).+
- 5 years of experience preferred in a mechanical design engineering role,+
- with expertise in product development and manufacturing.+
- Advanced 2D and 3D modeling skills,+
- with proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD (Preferred).+
