    Our Patient Population Includes:
    NICU mothersPost‑surgical patients (hysterectomy, breast reconstruction, uro‑gyn, cesarean complications)


    Fetal demise patientsGI patients, including GI abdominal surgeriesWomen's Med Surg overflowPreviable moms with non-pregnancy-related complicationsIf you're a strong advocate for women and want a role where empathy meets excellence—this is the place for you.

    ?‍ QualificationsRequired EducationGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)LicensureCurrent RN license in the state of practice (or compact license, as applicable)Must meet all state Board of Nursing requirementsCertificationsBLS through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire)One or more of the following may be required based on unit needs or obtained within departmental timelines:

What You'll DoAs a Women's Health/GYN RN, you will be a central part of our interdisciplinary care team, advocating for patients and delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care.


    You will:


    Partner with patients and families to make informed decisions about careAssess, document, and develop individualized care plansPerform thorough shift‑to‑shift and interdepartmental hand‑offs using patient safety tools (SBAR, bedside reporting, etc.)Communicate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, patients, and familiesStay informed through unit huddles, emails, and ongoing communicationParticipate in process improvement initiatives and performance developmentMaintain required competencies, certifications, and continuing educationUse professional literature and evidence‑based practice to inform clinical decisionsPrecept students or new coworkers as requestedDelegate to and guide unlicensed personnel and LPNs appropriatelyParticipate in hospital committees or special projects as assignedConduct patient rounding according to departmental guidelinesUtilize and interpret diagnostic, laboratory, and monitoring dataFulfill call, weekend, or alternative shifts based on department needsPerform other duties as assigned?
