**Part time Delivery Clerk (Windsor)**

Windsor, ON, Canada Req #412 Monday, March 1, 2021 You are a detailed individual with keen ability to de-escalate customer concerns. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately entering customer information and coordinating customer pick-ups. Delivery Clerks are responsible for using various complex internal software systems to complete data entry in an extremely fast paced environment.

Delivering friendly, courteous and exceptional personalized customer service both in person and over the phone

Coordinating all customer pick-ups in an efficient manner

Updating reports to be used by Teppermans staff

Using routing software and other computer applications

General office duties

Strong customer service and communication skills

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail is a must

Effective interpersonal skills to effectively deal with both internal and external stakeholders

Effective telephone skills

Advanced computer skills

Availability to work a full-time retail rotation schedule which includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts as well as peak periods such as March Anniversary and Boxing Week
