Are you passionate about supporting students with disabilities and making a difference in their lives? We are currently looking for a Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Rochester, NY area. If you have at least 1 year of special education experience, keep on reading!

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to meet students' needs
• Use evidence-based practices to promote academic, social, and emotional growth
• Provide instruction and support in small group and individual settings
• Monitor student progress and interventions effectiveness

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
• NY State Special Education Certification K-12
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Details:

• Full-Time Hours
• Serve Elementary-Middle School Students
• Starting in the upcoming School Year
