Dungarvin is a mission-driven team that provides person centered supports to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Senior Leadership Role in Indiana to provide leadership and guidance to our team. This role requires strategic planning, program development, and fiscal management. The ideal candidate will have experience in human services industry, specifically with Developmentally Disabled/Intellectual Disabilities populations.,,
Additional responsibilities include hiring, coaching and mentoring direct reports. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM (FLEX) with anticipation of evening weekend hours overnight stays.
