    The Homewood Suites Raleigh Cary I-40, located near the I-40 and I-440 interchange, is within easy reach of Downtown Raleigh, Cary, Research Triangle Park and NC State University. Guests can shop, dine, and see a movie at Crossroads Plaza, less than a half mile away. Our suites feature fully equipped kitchens and separate living and dining areas. The hotel is located at 555 Crossroads Blvd, Cary, NC 27518.

    The Role:

    As a Front Desk Supervisor, you're not just handing out room keys – you're creating memories for our guests. From warm welcomes to efficient check-outs, you'll be instrumental in making sure every detail of a guest's stay is perfect. This is a working position and will assume five front desk shifts a week.

    What You'll Do:

    • Welcome guests with a smile that sets the tone for their stay – friendly, relaxed, and inviting.
    • Assist guests with information about local hotspots, hidden gems, and hotel services.
    • Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
    • Turn challenges into opportunities, resolving guest issues with patience and a can-do attitude.
    • Collaborate with the behind-the-scenes team to ensure guest requests are met.
    • Foster collaboration with the team to fulfill guest needs promptly and effectively.
    • Contribute your expertise and insights during team meetings and daily briefings to enhance our service delivery.
    • Work closely with the AGM to manage and train the Front Desk/Night Audit team.
    • Assist with various administrative tasks such as responding to guest reviews/surveys, bank deposits, schedules, managing 3rd party reservations.
    • Serve as Manager on Duty during your shift; be on call for any shift coverage needed.

    Your Skills and Style:

    • You've got a knack for customer service, with experience at the hotel front desk required.
    • Your communication is clear, friendly, and professional.
    • Attention to detail is your strong suit; no request slips through the cracks.
    • Technology doesn't intimidate you – you're comfortable with reservation software and basic systems.
    • Pressure is just another part of the job – you stay cool under all circumstances.
    • Your schedule flexibility means you're open to varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is your foundation; any hospitality education is a plus.
    • 2 years Front Desk experience preferred, Hilton experience a plus (the hotel uses PEP).
