- Evaluate physician medication orders for drug appropriateness, correct dosage, potential drug interactions, and proper route of administration.Provide clinical recommendations to physicians and facility staff regarding medication therapy changes and optimizations. ,+
- Maintain up-to-date patient/resident profiles, including medical history, lab results, and current medications (prescription, OTC, and home remedies). ,+
