Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) at Maxim Healthcare Services

Job Description:

Shifts Available: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN
Prominent cases will include Gastrostomy Tube (G-Tube), Tracheostomy (Trach) Tube, and/or Mechanical Ventilator
Flexible scheduling - work as much or as little as you'd like

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members
Document nursing diagnoses and perform other LPN/LVN duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
Current Health Certificate
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS certification
Preferred one year of prior LPN/LVN experience
