    Job Description

As Montana's sole independent Urology practice, Five Valleys Urology (FVU) has been providing expert care close to home for over two decades. With a team of 6 board-certified physicians and two board-certified Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), we are a practice of firsts, from the first robotic program in the state to the first in-office Urology medication dispensary. Last year, we provided over 20,000 encounters from our clinic in Missoula. We aim to provide expert, personal care to allow our patients to live the healthiest lives possible. We do so by being conservatively progressive, carefully considering all the options, and developing a shared care plan. Surgically, we offer services not provided by any other regional Urologists.

Five Valleys Urology employs dedicated PAs, NPs, RNs, LPNs, and MAs to work alongside and support our board-certified physicians. Due to an unexpected upcoming move out of state, we seek a full-time advanced practitioner to join our Urology team. It's an exciting time to consider a career at FVU, with an upcoming EHR conversion to ModMed, a new physician joining the practice in September, an expanding men's health program, the only local pediatric services, and expanding treatment options for women's health.
