Description
Job Overview:
Admission Transition Unit (ATU) is a specialized inpatient unit catering primarily to patients needing intermediate care. Nurses at ATU play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population, including but not limited to telemetry/cardiology, respiratory, neurology, trauma, orthopedics, and oncology. Patients are admitted directly from the Emergency Room or other medical facilities and receive care from the ATU team until they are ready for transition to other units.
The ATU team is known for their expertise, flexibility, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
Required: Minimum of 1-year experience in acute care settings
