    CHIEF OF STAFF, PRODUCT ORGANIZATION

    This is a highly influential role combining strategic planning, execution of product vision, business management, internal communications, and cross-functional initiatives and collaboration for Consumer Flagship Mobile and Desktop Product Strategy and Execution. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, this role will ensure full alignment within the product exec team, and be a key driver in the mission to drive optimal performance and accelerate the future growth of our business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help keep the product flagship org focused and aligned on priorities by leading the company's goal setting and operational planning process
    • Monitor progress of key initiatives and priorities by meeting regularly with flagship managers to track results and challenges; Ensure that product commitments and priorities are being executed.
    • Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives, projects, and commitments most important to the product exec team.
    • Attend meetings and participate in projects with, or on behalf of, the VP of Product.
    • Facilitate effective use of functional meetings such as weekly product reviews, product all hands, and quarterly leadership off sites.
    • Help manage the flow of information within the product team, the broader product org.
    • Providing strategic advice to the product exec team.
    • Continuously identify ways to improve the team's operational work flow and drive process improvements.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
    • BS degree in a technology or related field or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications:
    • 5+ years of experience managing product teams and partnering with cross functional teams
    • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • MA/MS degree in a technology or related field preferred
    • Experience in mobile growth and social networks
    • Prior experience launching and growing successful consumer products used by millions of users
