Job summary
Manage complex assurance projects including audits reviews and agreed-upon procedures Apply expertise in GAAP GAAS and other financial reporting frameworks to evaluate audit risks and guide strategy Plan engagements by managing budgets staffing and scope of work revising programs as necessary Supervise train and mentor team members providing constructive feedback to ensure growth and performance Monitor project completion to ensure team productivity profitabilityand adherence to audit objectives Review workpapers financial statements and audit programs for accuracy completenessand compliance Assess findings classify control deficienciesand prepare management governance letters for clients Prepare proposals for new assurance work setting realistic profitable fee structures Communicate effectively with clientsamd team members to address project statusesand audit issues Foster develop meaningful client relationships to ensure expectations are clearly definednd met Participate in professional development through training sessions independant learning opportunities Demonstrate strong time management skills prioritizingengagements meeting deadlines Perform other duties displaying flexibility taking on variety responsibilities assigned by firm leadership Meet annual billable hour targets fulfilling individual team performance overall firm productivity.
