Business Development Manager - Trenton, United States - Zee Entertainment-International Business
Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for ZEE5 Global in the US / Canada market by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with organizations that reach the South Asian community.
This will involve:
Prospecting and identifying potential partners : Identifying corporate organizations, community organizations, and other entities that align with ZEE5's target audience and business goals.
Negotiating and structuring partnerships:
Leading negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition and engagement for ZEE5.
Managing ongoing partnerships:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring successful implementation of agreements, and maximizing value for both parties.
Market research and analysis:
Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and the South Asian community landscape to inform partnership strategies.
Developing and executing marketing campaigns:
Collaborating with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that leverage partner channels and reach the South Asian audience effectively.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in Partnerships, preferably in the media and entertainment industry.
Proven track record of identifying and closing successful partnerships. Existing connections within the South Asian community is a plus.
Strong understanding of the US multicultural market and the South Asian community.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and Hindi (or another South Asian language) is a plus.
