    The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting HR initiatives including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent and performance management, compliance, coaching, and employee training.

    What's attractive about the Human Resources Generalist position?
    Provide proactive Human Resources support
    Serve as the point of contact to provide day to day guidance to employees and front-line supervisors

    What Success Looks Like:
    Identify and deliver solutions to support decisions related to talent, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation.
    Collaborate with team members to implement HR strategies to support the business.
    Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations and employee training for development.
    Handle the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of all facility personnel.
    Development and implement HR personnel policies and procedures.
    Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations to ensure compliance.
    Work with leaders to maintain time and attendance, discipline, and personnel records.
    Respond to employee inquires of benefits, payroll, compensation, policies, and procedures.
    Work to support the adherence to safety programs
    Strong project management, organization, and analytical skills
    Experience working in a fast paced, complex, dynamic business environment
    Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-oriented mindset
    Demonstrate ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information

    Your Credentials:
    4+ years of Human Resources experience to include talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and compensation
    High school diploma or equivalent required
    PHR certification preferred
    Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    The salary range for this position is $56,019 to 84,029 w/ bonus potential.
