- 10+ years of proven experience in site design
- 5+ years of previous employee management experience
- Active PE license (preferably in TN)
- Self-motivated, team-oriented individual
- Strong communication skills
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
- Lead business development efforts to expand practice locally
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, including the design of land development projects and managing office staff
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Manage clients and the internal team to ensure all project goals and deadlines are met
- Supervise project lifecycles from conception to completion
- Coordinate business development with other internal departments and offices
- Create and adhere to budgets, projections and forecasting
- Serve as subject matter expert in site design
