    Housekeeper Position at Fairfield Residential

    • Location: Napa, California
    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus*

    Our Housekeepers play a vital role in keeping our apartment community looking great. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas to ensure a welcoming environment for our residents, both current and future.

    Responsibilities:

    • Independently clean common areas like gyms, pools, laundry rooms, and more
    • Collaborate with the Maintenance team to prepare vacant apartments for new residents
    • Conduct daily property walks to maintain cleanliness
    • Keep the Service Manager updated on work status and potential issues
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Previous janitorial or cleaning experience
    • Attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    *The sign-on bonus will be paid after 90 days of employment, minus deductions.
