Soliant Health is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, onsite position within a school district for the current school year. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop effective communication skills and address speech and language challenges.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate students' communication needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' specific requirements.
Provide therapy and intervention services to students with speech and language disorders.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' educational progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, progress reports, and documentation.
Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Massachusetts state licensure as an SLP.
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
