Immediate Opening for Entry Level - Laboratory Technologist at a top nonprofit testing laboratory in Norcross, GA

Job Description:

- Perform laboratory tests as assigned, identify and solve any discrepancies in results, and stay updated on Standard Operating Procedures.

- Maintain good communication with the Department and other Laboratory Services staff.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.

• Execute all departmental tasks efficiently, including Pre-Analytical tasks, CLIA waived tests, and complex testing using automated methods.
• Identify and communicate unusual test results promptly.
• Operate equipment within quality control limits and troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain inventory levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in a scientific discipline from an accredited college or university.
• 1-2 years of automated testing experience.
• 1-2 years of lab experience in a regulated environment by CLIA and/or FDA.
