- Execute all departmental tasks efficiently, including Pre-Analytical tasks, CLIA waived tests, and complex testing using automated methods.
- Identify and communicate unusual test results promptly.
- Operate equipment within quality control limits and troubleshoot issues.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain inventory levels.
- Bachelors Degree in a scientific discipline from an accredited college or university.
- 1-2 years of automated testing experience.
- 1-2 years of lab experience in a regulated environment by CLIA and/or FDA.
