POSITION: LPN or CMA

LOCATION: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS:
LPN or CMA
ability to drive a class B RV preferred (clean driving record required)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:
assess patient needs, perform interventions, provide referrals
document patient interactions and provider orders
manage control logs, task checklists, and supplies (medical, drug screens)
keep medications, equipment, and other supplies uptodate
set up medical equipment and perform controls
facilitate telehealth appointments
assist the provider in physical assessments using MedWand equipment
phlebotomy, treatments, injections
run KASPER reports
encourage patients in their journey to better health, wellness, medication usage, and life choices
assist in tracking and coordinating data

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M.
