    This role is responsible for the analysis of large and complex datasets and the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced interactive visualization applications.

    This role will work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, new product development teams, and business functions, including sales and marketing.

    This role will create new and optimize existing ETLs and data transformation processes to support ongoing development, partnering closely with data engineers and data scientists in technical design and execution.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Design, develop, implement, and maintain complex interactive visualization applications using Qlik Sense and Power BI
    Create new and optimize existing ETL's and data transformation processes to support ongoing development
    Engage with stakeholders and advanced analytics business partners to understand business needs and translate requirements into advanced visualization designs and sustainable tools
    Analyze large and complex external and internal datasets
    Collaborate with data scientists to understand models and advanced analytics solutions and identify optimal approaches to visualize and report dynamic outputs aligned to product owner and new product development needs
    Collaborate with data engineers to design the architecture required to support visualization applications and to ensure sustainable and timely data pipelines and successful implementation and maintenance
    Creation of and alignment to enterprise-standards for design and deployment of analytics solutions
    Ensure quality and consistency for all developed applications
    Drive user adoption of visualization applications and evangelize data-driven decision making across CG
    Create documentation and deliver training to business users on the use of advanced tools
    Establish subject matter expertise and strongly influence Chamberlain Group's data visualization strategy
    Provide leadership to third-party contractors
    Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
    Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

    Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

    Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
    Minimum Qualifications

    Education/Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, business, computer science, or other quantitative field

    Experience:
    Advanced experience manipulating data and creating complex ETL processes to build logical data schemas
    4+ years of hands-on professional creation of advanced data visualization and self-service tools and dashboards
    Deep experience with tools such as PowerBI
    Experience in tabular and multidimensional queries
    Experience working with business stakeholders, including Product Owners and Developers

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Advanced visualization and report design and development skills
    Proficiency in SQL
    Exceptional problem solving / analytical thinking and skills
    Outstanding attention to detail
    Teamwork and collaboration
    Excellent organizational skills
    Natural sense of urgency, teamwork, and collaboration reflected in daily work ethic

    Other:
    Preferred Qualifications

    Education/Certifications:
    Master's degree, preferably in quantitative field

    Experience:
    5+ years of professional experience using data and visualization to influence executive-level decision making
    Experience with Python, Spark, or similar

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Power BI or Qlik Sense certification(s)
    Knowledge of or hands on experience working with IoT
    Python and/or R
    Familiarity with modern Machine Learning techniques
