Job DescriptionSalary: $75,000-$85,000 per yearHaven Home Health Care is committed to being the "Provider of Excellence" in maximizing the health and well-being of our patients, while being committed to maintaining independence and dignity of those we serve.
In this Physical Therapist Assistant role, you would act as the patient's partner throughout the plan of care in the Sedona/Cottonwood area. You will evaluate, assess, and deliver services according to written plan of treatment established by a physician. As a PTA, you would work closely with the Physical Therapist to maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation. Under the direction of the Plan of Treatment established with a physician and with input from patient/caregiver, you will assist in ensuring a better way of living and healthy recovery.
