    Description


    As a Project Manager I, you will support the ERP Technology Portfolio Management team with project management, including coordinating work for business analysis, organizational change management, and product ownership.

    You will be responsible for coordinating ERP projects and implementations across all Clayton BU's, helping to ensure that goals and objectives are identified and met, timelines for delivery are updated and published, and any risks are identified and mitigated.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Portfolio Manager in identifying and tracking deliverables for the ERP program.
    • Assist Portfolio Manager in creating presentation materials, utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools as appropriate.
    • Assist Portfolio Manager in communicating project plans and incremental deliverables to stakeholders, tracking and communicating the status of projects and enhancements, and following up on risks or dependencies between different business units.
    • Assist Portfolio Manager in uploading project related documentation to common repository.
    Manages issues and roadblocks and communicates impact to deliverables and schedule to stakeholders for each project.


    Manages the RAID log for each project - tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions that are made throughout the project lifecycle.

    Identifies key stakeholders, expectations, and role within the project.

    Assist Delivery Teams/Portfolio Manager in coordinating the process of gathering business and system requirements ahead of deliverables.


    Coordinate with project managers within Retail, Digital Marketing, HBG, and VMF on any immediate deadlines and ensuring they are included in program planning.


    Coordinate with the Organizational Change Management team to ensure appropriate OCM practices are included as part of our Program Increment planning.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline preferred.
    • Self-starter, critical thinker, strong attention to details and follow up
    • Excellent investigative and analytical skills.
    • Strong ability to learn and grasp complex systems/processes.
    • - 2 years' previous experience working in Project Management assignments, or similar work.
    • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Good presentation skills with an eye for crafting a message tailored to an audience's needs.
    • Takes direction and works with minimal guidance.

    Desired Skills:
    ERP product knowledge

    Experience with Smartsheets
