Job summary:
The Division of Welfare has an exciting opportunity for a Operational Support Business Analyst . This position's location will be based on the applicant selected.This person will work directly with the Ops Support Bureau Chief supporting leadership priorities and will be a resource to all teams in the bureau.
Duties include but are not limited to managing projects from concept to implementation,
working collaboratively with Business Analysts across all bureaus to analyze problems and identify potential solutions,
Business design Project Management and supporting projects and initiatives led by the Bureau Chief,
providing oversight follow-through and problem-solving needed to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Work with all teams and Business Analysts in the bureau perform complex program operational analysis evaluate recommend plan actions create process designs within
the Operational Support Bureau. - Create maintain bureau-specific documents tools.
