    JOB SUMMARY:


    Provides administrative support for the Chief Credit Officer and the Credit Administration Department and assists the Premium Finance Loan Portfolio Manager with managing the portfolio.

    In addition, this position shall perform all other related duties as assigned.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
    Coordinates daily schedules for the Chief Credit Officer and Credit Administration Department Management.
    Coordinates the gathering of documentation for all third-party requests including OCC, Loan Review, and external auditors.
    Coordinates the collection of data and compilation of reports for the Department.
    Performs credit analysis for new requests and annual reviews of Premium Finance Loans.
    Prepares loan modification requests for Premium Finance Loans.
    Assists Portfolio Manager and Loan Information Systems Manager.
    Schedules meeting and conference calls for the Department.
    Coordinates invoice processing and verification.
    Scans and indexes financial statements and other documents into document management system.
    Maintains office supplies for the Department. requirements.
    DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT OF OPERATIONS INCLUDES:

    Promptly answer phones and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
    Timely opens and handles incoming mail.

    Provides all loan administrative duties for Credit Administration and CCO.Makes photocopies sends faxes, images documents and general distribution of information.

    Writes letters and memorandums and proofreads written correspondence for Credit Administration Department Management.
    Assists in the maintenance of the document management systems.


    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
    Customer and Personal Service –

    Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Ability to solve problems in a professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful manner with internal and external customers.
    English Language –


    Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

    Communication—

    Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
    Clerical— Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
    Technology –

    Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point. Strong working knowledge of credit-related components of all loan origination systems.
    Bank Secrecy Act –

    In the performance of all the respective tasks and duties, employee will maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other regulatory, security and bank policies and procedures

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


    Associate Degree or equivalent education and work experienceAt least five years of administrative experience.2-3 years of banking experience preferred but not required.
