- Some call shifts $375-$400/hour
- Basic cases: General, Endo, OB/GYN, Orthopedic, Urology, ENT, mostly bread and butter-NO cardiac or neurology
- PTO 30 PTO days (includes vacation, personal, sick) plus seven holidays
