    In the Sales Operations Associate role, you will play an integral role in growing Small Business, Public and Corporate business sales by providing both administrative and operational support to CDWs top sellers.

    This role provides you, the coworker, with a deep dive into CDWs sales cycle processes and offers the opportunity to build a strong network across CDW departments.

    Key Areas of ResponsibilityProvide administrative and operational support to CDW sellersOrder entry, including installs, adding contracts and bidsWeb order processingProcess basic sales reporting requestsAct as point of contact for order status requests, Customer Relations needs and ICAN facilitation, including external customer-facing follow up as neededProcess and follow up on customer service requests and return merchandise authorizationsManage special pricing programs and deal registrations such as HP Big Deal Contract, and Cisco OIPSee all tasks through to completionManage bids and contractsManage and track price and freight adjustmentsManage inbound Sales Purchase OrdersFollow up on ETAs for back ordered itemsDaily maintenance of sales order routers and sales order manager screensAdministrative support to prepare for customer visitsSpecial projects upon requestsEducational and/or Experience QualificationsHigh school degree or equivalentMinimum of 1 year experience in Sales Support, Operations or Customer ServiceOther Required QualificationsIntermediate to advanced PC skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointFlexibility, adaptability, and an optimistic view of projects and work environment.

    Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external customerStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in MS Office applicationsStrong attention to detailCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to switch priorities frequentlyAble to demonstrate strong sense of urgencyAbility to follow through and see tasks through to completionAbility to work with multiple personalitiesProficient with various order systemsAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyPreferred QualificationsAssociate and/or Bachelors degree.
