- Coordinate project schedules
- Create 4d digital twin models to visualize the entire project lifecycle

- Provide technical support to the Business development team
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of working in construction
- 2+ years of experience in a BIM coordination role
- Proficiency in 4D Pro Sychro, Revit, AutoCAD, NAVISWORKS, Bluebeam, and other BIM software tools or a combination of those mentioned
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of project management principles and processes
- $70,000 - $85,000

Description
We are looking for a highly-motived, experienced BIM Coordinator to join our growing team. The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating multiple project schedules, constructing 4D digital twin models, daily production tracking within the model, and interfacing with Project Management, Construction Management and Business Development teams.
