    We are seeking an experienced and personable DON with LONG-TERM CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team
    Must have 1-YEAR of UNIT MANAGER or DON experienceYou will be responsible for :Evaluating nurse and medical staff performanceMaintaining and restoring the health of their patientsManaging daily treatment schedulesEnforcing health and safety regulationsSolving staffing issues and shortagesEvaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient conditionEnsuring their unit meets federal, state, and company guidelinesCompleting admission and discharge formsDelivering hands-on care and medication administration as neededCommunicating procedural issues with the director and working to correct themActing as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staffQualifications:1-YEAR+ AS A UNIT MANAGER OR DON3-YEARS+ LONG-TERM CAREPCC EXPERIENCEAbility to build rapport with RESIDENTS, FACILITY STAFF, AND FAMILIESStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
