    Job Title: Hybrid Licensed Professional Counselor

    A fantastic opportunity awaits for a Licensed Professional Counselor/Behavioral Health Specialist! Marathon Health offers a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for a Masters Level, Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to providing patient-centered therapy to employees and their families at the health and wellness center in Denton, Texas. Join us for a fulfilling 20-hour per week position with a mix of onsite and virtual visits to cater to diverse needs.

    Weekly Schedule:
    - Tuesday: 10:00a.m.-7:00p.m.
    - Wednesday: 7:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.
    - Thursday: 11:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.

    Responsibilities:
    - Treatment planning and assessments
    - Documentation of clinical progress in EMR
    - Implementing effective interventions
    - Leading group sessions and workshops
    - Ensuring streamlined coordination of care

    Qualifications:
    - 2+ years experience as Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor or similar
    - EMR experience
    - Current state licensure
    - BLS Certification (or willing to obtain)
    - Minimum Masters degree from accredited counseling program
