The Surveillance Manager responsible for all activities in the Surveillance Department to ensure protection of life and property at Divi Carina Bay Casino. Directly supervises Surveillance employees indirectly supervising crewmembers who work on gaming floor.Tasks include maintaining consistency with established company guidelines controls ensuring quality operations of Surveillance department maintaining working knowledge of rules regulations ensuring strict adherence throughout property communicating with department heads General Manager ensuring problems effectively resolved following established reporting system for cheating theft embezzlement or suspicious activities.
