- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Must hold a valid drivers license, or have the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
- Intermediate proficiency with various software applications, including PM software (ProCore preferred), Microsoft Suite, and accounting software (Sage preferred), with the ability to understand cost spreadsheets, aging reports, and labor productivity reports.
- Advanced proficiency in contract administration, Requests for Information, Schedule of Values, preparation, and adjustment to monthly billings, and preparation of bar chart schedules including predecessors, successors, constraints, float, and lags.
- Working knowledge of AIA Contract(s): A401, A121, A111.
- High School diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive construction experience, including a minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience.
- BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
- Business development/sales experience, including securing, maintaining, and growing client relationships into successful projects.
- CHC Certified, Health Care Certification a Must.
