- Provide leadership to technical and non-technical team members through coaching, development and accountability
- Develop and manage the capital budget to meet site needs
- B.S. in Engineering Discipline, with a minimum of 7 years of industry experience (preferably chemical), including 3 or more years of management experience
- High level of emotional intelligence, with ability to build relationships and engage employees at all levels in the organization to drive improvements
- Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through employee coaching, development and accountability
- Sound judgment and analysis skills to make the right decisions to manage risk
- Passion to lead change in health, safety and environmental stewardship
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA PSM
- SAP proficiency is preferred
